Inner Stillness in Movement

Realising Unity in oneself and everything

Our teaching is largely based on a wonderful philosophical tradition passed on to us from India through a series of conversations over many years. We meet regularly for meditation and discussion of topics of spiritual interest, exploring the teaching of many writers and teachers. Everyone is welcome regardless of personal religion or belief.

“Have you ever wondered who you are? – what is life all about?”

The Wellington Meditation Centre is located in a beautiful historic house in Thorndon and is steeped in history.  We have been teaching meditation since the 1960s and are dedicated to exploring our connection with our greater self through meditation and discussion.

To begin to be what you are, you must come out from what you are not.”
